WITHIN returns this January 2026!

It’s finally time — our beloved WITHIN returns in just a few months!

Below is a form to register your intent, interest, and preferred time — and to help me plan scheduling in a way that maximises live attendance of WITHIN’s core community.

Our labs will be 2 hours. An intuitive slow flow (sometimes Yin) and/or a Nidra, writing prompts, and plenty of time to circle with each other.

Registration will open on November 11 (so be sure to fill out the below before then!).

Please select ALL times that you are able to attend our six live labs, which are 2 hours long. We would start on January 8 (Thursday) OR January 11 (Sunday) and meet EVERY OTHER week, ending on March 19 (Thursday) or 22 (Sunday), with a closing circle the following (final) week in March.

Would you be interested in a week-long Writing Immersion?

This would entail daily writing hours from 14-15 CET / 8-9a EST / 5-6am PST hosted by me, to explore the possibilities and pitfalls of a daily writing practice and get our bodies in the writing zone early in our journey together. Simple -- I'll open with a prompt and we'll move through 2 pomodoros with a little stretch / dance break in between.
