Once you complete your registration, I’ll follow up with a confirmation within 48 hours. A welcome package for Season 6 will be sent out on January 9, and we begin on January 11.

— Embodied writing workshops
— 2h, including:
* 30-45 min yoga asana / somatic practices
* 20 min guided meditation/Yoga Nidra and pranayama (breathwork)
* 30 min embodied writing session with guiding prompts + exercises
* 20-30 min community circle— All Labs are recorded and sent out within 24 hours to practice with on your own time (it is entirely possible to do the whole program via recording)
Our LIVE sessions take place in our virtual studio (Zoom). All you need is a computer, a mat or rug, pen, and paper / notebook. Pillows and blankets and additional supports are welcomed.escription text goes here

For one week, January 12-16, we’ll gather together every day for one hour of co-writing. I’ll read a quote or optional prompt, and we’ll move through two pomodoros with a shakeout break in between. Come once, come every day, experiment with a practice of dailyness.

Since its beginnings in 2020, the WITHIN community has grown to include more than 50 humans from 12 countries and four continents. Each Season is capped at 20-25 people to keep each Season intimate.

Value Statement: WITHIN operates on an economic-justice inspired pricing model that seeks to account for structural inequities, histories of oppression, and differing economic realities through community redistribution of resources. My #1 priority is that WITHIN remains as accessible as possible, while also sustaining and honouring the incredible amount of time, energy, resources, and heart I put into creating and facilitating this unique program (as well as offsetting its backend expenses).
No one will be turned away from WITHIN for monetary reasons.

3-months of access to the WITHIN Library, which includes 9 individual asana classes (ranging from 30-60 minutes) and past labs (asana + writing, minus community circles) to practice on your own time (over 15 hours of practice!).
